Hungarian photographer Zoltan Marek recently kicked off the new year by collaborating with the city of Esztergom on a charity photo exhibition. The event took place in January 2023 and included a wine dinner at the Grand Hotel Esztergom featuring a special six-course menu prepared by local restaurant chefs, accompanied by a six-piece wine selection from the winemaker of Takler Wine Estate.
During the dinner, nearly seventy guests were able to attend Marek's photo exhibition, where he showcased his work from around Esztergom. The proceeds from the sale of the photos were donated entirely to charity. Marek has been a regular participant in charitable activities and strongly believes in helping as many people as possible with his art. He also uses his social media presence to promote such movements and encourages others to follow his example.
Marek is represented by The ArtSommelier art management team, which focuses on talent management and development. The team helps artists with everything from organizing exhibitions to providing career advice and life coaching. Marek and The ArtSommelier team worked together on several photo exhibitions and charitable projects across Europe last year and plan to continue their work on an international level in 2023. Along with other contemporary artists, Marek is one of the international ambassadors of the company Focus Nordic. The event was a great success, with guests enjoying an exquisite evening of food, wine, and art while contributing to a worthy cause.
