Entrée options include Crispy-Skin Trout Fillet Grenobloise Style, Short Rib Ravioli, and Asparagus and English Pea Risotto, followed by desserts including Black Forest Dome, Traditional Vanilla Crème Brûlée, or Red Berry Chilled Summer Soup with passion fruit sorbet.
