TNR Gold executive chairman Kirill Klip joins Proactive's Natalie Stoberman to talk about the newest multimillion dollar investment in McEwen Mining, the owner of the Los Azules copper, gold and silver project in San Juan, Argentina.
Klip says Nuton LLC, a Rio Tinto venture, has invested an additional US$30 million to acquire shares of McEwen Copper in a two-part transaction. TNR holds a 0.4% net smelter returns royalty on the Los Azules project.
