Is your mindfulness NOW enough to meet the challenge of these times? That’s the question Rev. angel Kyodo williams seeks to answer with the Mindfulness 3.0 Challenge Week, a rare opportunity to learn with real mindfulness experts.

Is your mindfulness NOW enough to meet the challenge of these times? That’s the question Rev. angel Kyodo Williams and David Perrin seek to answer with the Mindfulness 3.0 Challenge Week, a monumental five-day live online event to get people beyond mindfulness hype, with a rare opportunity to learn and discover while interacting with real mindfulness experts.

“It takes experience to teach what’s really happening in mindfulness practice, training, and the industry,” says David Perrin, Chief Mindfulness Officer at MNDFL. “We want to take people beyond buzzwords, to level up their mindfulness practice and meet these challenging times successfully.”

MNDFL began by launching New York’s first mindfulness drop-in studio and is a recognized leader in the mindfulness sector. Rebooted with new programs including MNDFL Training, Lifestyle & Certification and MNDFL @Work, MNDFL’s focus now is on bringing expertise, diversity, and realness into the mindfulness world. They’re calling their new paradigm “Mindfulness 3.0.”

Rev. angel Kyodo Williams, Chief Enlightenment Officer and Senior Architect at MNDFL, sees Mindfulness 3.0 as a dynamic, reparative, and proven response to our trying times. “We’ve seen the issues lately: depression, stress, plummeting productivity, workplace dissatisfaction. But we’ve also seen the solution: better focus, more calm, and a greater sense of satisfaction. The meteoric rise in the popularity of mindfulness globally is no accident. It’s a direct response to the challenges people are facing in their lives and work every day.”

The Mindfulness 3.0 Challenge Week will occur from October 9 to October 13. The week will kick off with a premiere of Introduction to Mindfulness: An Evolutionary Journey to Mindfulness 3.0, a first-ever, feature-length deep-dive into the evolution, ethical roots, and scientific evidence for the efficacy of mindfulness practice. The premiere begins at 7pm, Sunday, October 9, and will feature an after-film discussion with Rev. angel Kyodo Williams and David Perrin.

All events will take place online. Attendees can sign up at https://mndfl.ly/m30challenge-amp

On the evolution of Mindfulness 3.0, David Perrin says: “The pandemic both revealed and accelerated our need for the next iteration of mindfulness. Whoever doesn’t get equipped for the future that is already here will be left behind.” Rev. angel Kyodo Williams agrees: “No one can deny it anymore. We are in a new reality. We need new mindfulness.”
