AGAPE-1 Technology Inc. (“Agape-1”), a Silicon Valley based Artificial Intelligence (AI) company with autonomous security robots and drone prototypes, has engaged Castle Placement LLC, a Wall Street firm, to raise $5–$8 million for the commercialization of Agape-1’s AI security robotics.
Agape-1 business operates in both the San Francisco Bay Area and Los Angeles region, to market its proprietary CDDS platform, an autonomous AI security system for surveillance and threat detection supported by its 110 U.S. patents filed, and to build its UAV assembly.
Leveraging on its AI technology, Agape-1 plans to use this capital injection to build its U.S. production for sales, and to position itself becoming a defense subcontractor with its four retired generals as military advisor /mentor.
