Total Safety Supplies & Solutions Enters Next Phase of Growth as a Standalone Platform Business Under Mill Point Capital’s Ownership

Mill Point Capital LLC ("Mill Point") is pleased to announce the acquisition of Total Safety Supplies & Solutions, Inc. ("S&S" or the "Company"), a leading distributor of industrial maintenance, repair, and operations (“MRO”) products including safety, and personal protective equipment ("PPE"). The acquisition of S&S, a division of Total Safety U.S., Inc. (“Total Safety”), represents Mill Point’s 20^th corporate carve-out and underscores Mill Point’s expertise and advanced capabilities with complex transaction structures.

S&S is a value-add distributor serving large end users and contractors across the utility, transportation, and downstream sectors. S&S consistently meets the demanding needs and complexities associated with these highly regulated sectors across its national network, distributing more than 65,000 mission-critical products. Many of the Company's customer relationships span multiple decades, reflecting S&S’s commitment to a best-in-class customer experience through its operational integration into customers' indirect supply chains and its network of more than 900 vendor managed inventory solutions.

Mill Point’s Executive Partners, John Posey and Jim Murphy, will play key roles in the Company’s evolution by supporting its go-to-market strategy, enhancing operational execution and driving strategic growth. Together with the Executive Partners, S&S’s management and Mill Point’s investment team will seek to deepen the Company’s presence with existing customers, add new customers, expand its geographic footprint and further develop its omnichannel platform, among other value creation initiatives.
