Taco Cabana Introduces Lineup of Authentic Mexican Flavors at all El Paso-area Locations
The test menu features traditional proteins and dishes rooted in Mexican culinary heritage, including carnitas, pork verde, chicken mole and barbacoa. Guests can enjoy these flavors in tacos and street-style tacos, as well as in shareable group meals designed to serve up to four people. Additional menu highlights include Quesabirrias, served with a savory dipping consommé, and traditional Menudo, available on weekends.
