The Big Biscuit Springs into Big Flavors With NEW Menu

Introduces sweet, spicy, and everything nice for breakfast

The Big Biscuit®, a popular All-American Breakfast and Lunch concept known for its classic comfort food served with genuine hometown hospitality, is celebrating 25 BIG years and rolling out a new menu lineup with big flavors and highly anticipated offerings. Starting today, Guests may visit all Big Biscuit locations and taste the new Chicken Biscuits, Chicken & Waffles, and specialty Grits. The brand also recently introduced Birthday Cake Pancakes and Cherry Beverages to celebrate their 25th birthday.

“Our Guests have spoken, and we are answering their cravings with a menu lineup that features several new offerings. We spent 2024 testing and developing ways to bring this menu to life. Tasty Handhelds: Chicken Biscuits

One of the most requested items by Guests is finally here: Chicken Biscuits! The Big Biscuit created two new menu items using its 24-hour brined and fried-to-order chicken, sandwiched between a signature big biscuit, and served with a choice of country grits or potatoes. Joining the Guest-favorite Yard Bird, the new menu includes:

  • Nashville Hot Chicken Biscuit: hand-breaded Nashville hot fried chicken, topped with dill pickles and drizzled with honey
  • Maple Bacon Chicken Biscuit: hand-breaded fried chicken and bacon, drizzled with warm syrup

Dynamic Duo: Chicken & Waffles

The Big Biscuit specializes in serving up the classics and exciting Guests by putting fun twists on traditional favorites. In addition to the popular Classic Chicken & Waffles, the brand expanded its Chicken & Waffles offerings to feature three new dishes:

  • Strawberry Shortcake Chicken & Waffles: a Belgian waffle topped with hand-breaded fried chicken, strawberries and whipped cream, and dusted with powdered sugar
  • Nashville Hot Chicken & Waffles: a Belgian waffle topped with hand-breaded fried chicken & dill pickles, and drizzled with honey
  • Maple Bacon Chicken & Waffles: a Belgian waffle topped with hand-breaded fried chicken and bacon, and drizzled with warm syrup

Showing Some Grits

With its new Specialty Grits, The Big Biscuit adds three options for a tasty twist on a Southern classic, including:

  • Loaded Country Grits: topped with onions, green peppers, and cheddar cheese
  • City Grits: topped with bacon, onion, and tomatoes
  • Cowboy Grits: topped with chorizo, jalapeno, onion, and tomatoes

The Big Biscuit also offers a side of grits with no add-ons.

Drink Up!

In the past year, The Big Biscuit doubled its drink offerings and recently added the Cranberry Sunrise, a sweet and tart combination of orange juice and cranberry juice, and a new Build-Your-Own drink section for Guests to customize their beverages.

In addition to all the new sweet and savory dishes, The Big Biscuit has glasses flowing with these sweet, cherry-picked beverages:

  • The Shirley: Lemon-lime soda and cherry
  • Cherry Berry Lemonade: Classic lemonade, cherry, and raspberry
  • Cherry Vanilla Cream Pepsi: Pepsi, cherry, and vanilla cream
  • Cherry Vanilla Cream Dr. Pepper: Dr. Pepper, cherry, and vanilla cream

These new and refreshing beverages will be available to sip all season long!
