Outcome Capital Launches Dedicated Healthcare Services Practice to Expand Strategic Advisory and Investment Banking Capabilities

Outcome Capital, LLC, a highly specialized life sciences and healthcare advisory and investment banking firm, today announced the launch of its Healthcare Services Practice, expanding the firm’s strategic and transactional advisory capabilities to meet the needs of companies operating across the rapidly evolving healthcare services sector.

Building on the success of Outcome Capital’s Ophthalmology Practice, the first dedicated investment banking group serving the eye care industry, the new Healthcare Services Practice reinforces the firm’s commitment to providing clients with the specialized expertise and market-aligned advice required to address complex strategic, financial, and operational challenges.

The Healthcare Services Practice will be led by Charles Simmons, Managing Director at Outcome Capital. Simmons brings more than two decades of experience advising healthcare organizations on M&A, strategic partnerships, and growth initiatives across payer, provider, and technology-enabled markets. The practice will focus on critical areas including pharmacy and related services, payor and provider innovation, care delivery transformation, and digital health.

“Our clients are operating in an environment where innovation in healthcare delivery, financing, and patient engagement is accelerating,” said Oded Ben-Joseph, PhD, MBA, Managing Partner at Outcome Capital. “Establishing a dedicated Healthcare Services Practice allows us to provide deeper sector expertise and deliver the strategy-first, market-driven guidance that has long defined our approach.”

As part of this initiative, Charles Simmons will lead Outcome Capital’s broader Healthcare Services function, which integrates the firm’s specialized sector coverage and forthcoming initiatives. This expanded structure reflects the firm’s strategic focus on delivering differentiated advisory capabilities in high-growth segments of the healthcare market.

“The pace of transformation across healthcare services demands specialized insight and a multidisciplinary approach,” said Simmons. “Outcome Capital’s team combines operational experience, scientific depth, and financial acumen to help our clients position for success in this dynamic environment.”

The launch of the Healthcare Services Practice further strengthens Outcome Capital’s role as a trusted advisor to healthcare innovators and investors, delivering comprehensive, strategy-led execution across the life sciences and healthcare continuum.
