The law firm of Federman & Sherwood has initiated an investigation into Young Consulting, LLC (“Young Consulting”) with respect to their recent data breach. On April 13, 2024, Young Consulting became aware of an unauthorized cybersecurity incident on their network. Upon discovery, Young Consulting immediately launched an investigation into the incident. After a thorough review of the impacted data gathered during the investigation, Young Consulting determined that certain individuals sensitive and personal information was accessed between April 10, 2024, and April 13, 2024. On August 26, 2024, Young Consulting began mailing notification letters to individuals they believe may have been affected.

• Date of birth
• Insurance policy/claim information
• Prescriptions
• Provider name
• Other sensitive information
