Launched in 2019, Excellence in Knowledge Management is based on analysis from APQC’s Knowledge Management Capability Assessment Tool and provides an evidence-based methodology to measure and evaluate KM competencies across four categories: strategy, people, process, and information technology. The best-in-class examples from this year’s recipients help organizations accelerate their learning of how to build and sustain a similar level of success and business impact in their knowledge-related capabilities.
