GrowthZone is the first association management software (AMS) provider to begin testing an integration between local home builder associations and the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB)

DOVER, DE / ACCESS Newswire / August 25, 2026 / GrowthZone, provider of association management software (AMS) for associations, chambers of commerce, and nonprofits, today announced that it has begun testing a data sync with the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) network. The integration is designed to connect local home builder associations with NAHB at the national level, keeping member and payment records aligned across both systems. Testing is underway with an initial group of local associations.

Local associations have historically kept membership and payment records in sync with the national database through scheduled batch file exports, an option GrowthZone continues to support today. The integration now in testing is intended to add a new path: when a member pays dues at the local level, the update would reflect at the national level automatically, giving associations a consistent view of membership and payment activity across both systems without manual work.

The integration is in a pilot phase and is not yet generally available. GrowthZone and NAHB are working together with the pilot associations to validate the integration before it is offered more broadly.

"We appreciate GrowthZone taking on the pilot with us and we look forward to seeing what we learn," said Jim Tobin, Chief Executive Officer of NAHB. "Our members join at the local level, and the systems behind that experience should work together as seamlessly as our federation does. If it performs the way we expect, GrowthZone's system will mean less administrative work for local staff, better data across our three tiers and more time spent on what actually matters, which is serving home builders."

Associations that prefer a different cadence can continue to use GrowthZone's WMS sync, a monthly import and export option that remains fully supported.

"The staff at local HBAs are running events, renewals, and advocacy with small teams. Anything we can take off their plate is time back for their members," said Paul Plaia III, CEO of GrowthZone. "Their mission is our mission, and this pilot is that commitment in practice. We are grateful to be working closely with NAHB and our pilot associations to get it right before we make it widely available. "

Home builder associations interested in learning more about the pilot can contact their GrowthZone customer success executive.
