LEXINGTON, KY / ACCESS Newswire / May 13, 2026 / Adam Perez Arquette officially withdraws from Republican Primary after President Trump endorsed Dr. Ralph Alvarado. He told his supporters the following on an Instagram Town Hall,

"An endorsement from President Trump has proven to be unbeatable. Instead of spending precious resources needed to beat the Democrats, I am withdrawing so the focus can be on Dr. Ralph Alvarado and Andy Barr."
