NEW YORK - September 14, 2026 - VisaTask.com today announced that it is rebranding as Consular and moving its online presence to Consular.io. The new identity reflects the company’s broader vision for helping individuals and businesses navigate consular processes, international documentation, and cross-border requirements.
VisaTask was originally built around a simple idea: make complicated visa and international document processes easier to complete. As the company expanded, however, the VisaTask name became increasingly narrow for the range of services and technology being developed.
The move to Consular represents the next stage of that evolution.

The Consular brand is designed around a larger category of cross-border administrative needs.
Depending on the destination and purpose, an international process may involve visa requirements, background checks, apostilles, document legalization, certified translations, identity verification, notarization, or other supporting documentation.
These requirements are often handled separately, forcing customers to determine what they need, locate different providers, track multiple documents, and coordinate deadlines themselves.
Consular aims to make that experience more organized.
Rather than positioning the company solely around visa applications, the new brand provides room for a platform that can help customers understand requirements, coordinate supporting services, and track the steps involved in completing international documentation processes.
A New Home at Consular.io
As part of the rebrand, VisaTask.com is transitioning to Consular.io.
The company selected the Consular name because it directly reflects the international and consular ecosystem it serves, while the .io domain reflects the technology-driven direction of the platform.
Existing VisaTask operations and customer relationships will transition under the Consular brand. The rebrand is intended to simplify the company’s identity while providing a foundation for future products, partnerships, and services.
“International paperwork shouldn’t feel like a collection of disconnected transactions,” Kabir added. “Our goal with Consular is to create a clearer path from ‘I need to do this’ to ‘it’s done.’”
