LOS ANGELES, CA, March 19, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ -- WESTMAC Commercial Brokerage Company announces the sale of 40516 Murrieta Hot Springs Road, Murrieta, CA, for $4,900,000.

The property consists of a ±24,647-square-foot building situated on a ±108,900-square-foot lot. A private buyer purchased the asset as an investment.
