SAN TAN VALLEY, AZ, January 03, 2024 /24-7PressRelease/ -- An Arizona man who once struggled with math in high school, has solved one of the most notorious problems in history, (The Collatz Conjecture). Thought by many to be unsolvable for decades, his accomplishment has profound implications in not only the unusual way he solves things, but what he has uncovered about how the Universe may work, and how we can use what he's learned, to help better our lives.

Other than being a mathematician, people's only other exposure to the Collatz Conjecture may have come from an obscure reference to it in the second Black Panther movie: Wakanda Forever; where written on the dorm room door of the girl they're trying to find, is a sign that reads, knock or solve 3x+1. The Collatz Conjecture, also known as the 3x+1 problem, has puzzled mathematicians for over 80 years. It states that if you take any positive integer and repeatedly apply a specific mathematical operation, it will eventually reach the number 1. Despite numerous attempts, no one had been able to prove or disprove this theory until now.

A teaser image from the proof is provided, and the explanation text and full paper will follow. This accomplishment may have not only solved a mathematical problem, but could open doors to new possibilities and discoveries.

"I'm known more as an early pioneer in Visual Effects developing award winning animation and rendering technologies, but my work leads me to solve many complex problems simulating how the Universe works. I have uncovered some of the most interesting insights and connections into things that have gone unsolved in math and science, a possible answer as to why, and an unconventional approach to how I believe we can solve almost anything," says Fori (aka "4E").

4E adds, "I understand that just saying it's possible the Universe may have left clues as to how to find answers using its own kind of "language" is not enough, so I'm announcing the countdown to the launch of a project dubbed solveit.earth at www.solveit.earth. It's being introduced with a bold statement and purpose, that I hope all people can get behind. Its intent is to show the incredible story of what I've found, solved, contemplated and built over the last few years, using science, math and an unconventional process I call, my "conversations" with the Universe, as I work; and show what we can accomplish together, with some determination and an open-minded approach."
