Inclusive Alliance Appoints Elizabeth Crockett as Executive Director

(PRUnderground) May 13th, 2025

The Inclusive Alliance, an Independent Practice Association of health and social service nonprofit agencies primarily serving Cayuga, Madison, Oneida, Onondaga, and Oswego counties, announced today the appointment of Elizabeth Crockett as its new Executive Director.

Prior to joining Inclusive Alliance, Crockett served as the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Director at REACH CNY, which provides public health services including perinatal home visiting, parent education, and youth services in Onondaga and Oswego counties. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Vassar College and a Master of Science and Doctoral Degree in nutrition from Syracuse University. She is also a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist and graduate of the Health Foundation for Western and Central New York’s Health Fellows Leadership Program.

Under Crockett’s leadership, the Inclusive Alliance will prepare its provider network to weather disruptions in federal funding and programs that serve children and adults with the greatest needs. Its Community Care Hub seeks to expand opportunities for human service agencies to partner with the healthcare sector to access funding opportunities through Medicare and Medicaid. The Inclusive Alliance will also continue working with the strategic partners to enable its members to expand and improve services with an ultimate goal of achieving better outcomes for agencies and clients.

“The entire Inclusive Alliance Board of Directors are thrilled to have Liz as our new Executive Director,” said Diane Cooper-Currier, Inclusive Alliance Board President and Executive Director of Oswego County Opportunities. “Liz is an industry-fluent professional with extensive experience with relationship-building, organizational management, and the local provider community. She has a proven track record of strategically connecting healthcare and community-based organizations to achieve goals and develop programs that improve health outcomes for the community.”

“I am honored to have been chosen for this role as the Inclusive Alliance continues to expand its provider network and program offerings,” Crockett said. “It is a privilege to be able to support our member agencies in their missions to serve the community during this challenging time, while also expanding our support for community health workers and doulas. I thank the Board of Directors for giving me the opportunity to lead the Inclusive Alliance into new and exciting areas of growth and change.”

Crockett succeeds previous Executive Director Lauren Wetterhahn, who will continue to support the mission of the Inclusive Alliance as a consultant while she works to complete her doctoral studies.
