In this newly created role, Craig will shape ASI's product vision, innovation agenda, and long-term growth strategy. Reporting to Bob Alves, ASI's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), he will lead product strategy across iMIS®, OpenWater, TopClass, and Clowder®, aligning product management, engineering, go-to-market, and customer-facing teams to deliver a focused, scalable, and differentiated product strategy.
Craig brings more than 20 years of experience leading SaaS product and technology organizations. Most recently, he served as Chief Product and Technology Officer at Compliancy Group, a healthcare compliance software company, where he launched an agentic AI compliance platform and led product initiatives that dramatically improved customer retention and expansion. He previously held senior product leadership roles at TROY Group and Tobii Dynavox. Craig holds a Master of Science in Information Science and Human Factors from the University of Pittsburgh and is based in the Pittsburgh area.
