Mindvalley Coach Co-Founder Says AI Presents Major Opportunity for New Coaches

Aventura, Florida -

The professional coaching industry is undergoing significant change. Ajit Nawalkha, co-founder of Mindvalley Coach, predicts this development will impact many careers. He stated that 100,000 coaches could lose their businesses in the next two years. He also said 500,000 new coaches will build successful careers in that time. IMHO Reviews and its founder, Vitaliy Lano, discussed this forecast and the role Artificial Intelligence plays in it in a recently published article.

Vitaliy Lano agrees with the ideas from Ajit Nawalkha, who believes this change presents a large opportunity for coaches. Lano has over a decade of experience in digital business. His company, IMHO Reviews, tests tools that help people improve themselves and their businesses. "We are at a key point in time," Lano stated. "The old barriers to starting a coaching business are gone. Tasks that once required a team can be done with AI. These tools cost very little, sometimes just $20 a month."

Ajit Nawalkha has seen similar market changes before, in 2008 and 2020. He commented that every big shift alters career paths. Some careers end, and new ones begin. He suggests that the current AI development creates a new environment for coaches. The need for deep marketing and business experience has shrunk. This opens the field to more people. "This is the best time to start a coaching business," Nawalkha explained. He thinks AI creates more personal time for everyone. This leads to a bigger market for coaching services.

A clear difference exists between the coaches who will succeed and those who will not. Lano and Nawalkha both point to the use of AI as the main factor. "Many coaches do not use AI, or they use it like a simple search engine," Nawalkha added. He warned that this limited use will not be enough. The coaches who do well will be the ones who use AI to build a strong business.

Ajit Nawalkha created the 5-Day Modern Coach Challenge to teach these skills. The training is free and shows coaches how to use new technology. Lano says that such programs can help people learn skills quickly. "A focused program like this can make a real difference," Lano suggested. "People learn more than a new tool. They learn a new way to structure their business."

The Modern Coach Challenge starts this Saturday, June 21, 2025. It includes daily 60-minute sessions. Each session gives training, a tool, and an action to take. Nawalkha explained that the program offers a full guide to building a modern coaching business. Day 1 is about finding the reason to coach and designing a life with more freedom. Day 2 teaches the "4 Pillars of a High-Income, High-Impact Coaching Business." This model has helped thousands of coaches become profitable. Nawalkha detailed his "4Ps" system: focus on one group of people, one problem, one platform, and one package. He used this system to make six figures in five months in a new city. He did this without using his existing network.

Day 3 of the challenge explains how to enroll clients and conduct good coaching sessions. Day 4, "Build Your AI Advantage as a Modern Coach," is a key part of the training. Nawalkha said AI should be seen as a helpful weapon, not an opponent. The session will show how to automate tasks and use AI to get better client results. "We will make AI very simple for you," he promised. The session is only available live. This is to get people to attend and participate fully. Day 5 covers five common barriers that stop coaches and how to move past them.

Nawalkha also shared a story about business integrity. He described his "3 C's" for running good events: Content, Community, and Coaching. At a recent event, he got 12 people to commit to a high-priced offer. This was worth $120,000 in sales. He and his team chose not to accept the money. "The offer was good, but it was not great," Nawalkha reflected. "It did not match our main mission."
