Brighton Park Capital Welcomes Connie Heil as Principal on Healthcare Investment Team

Brighton Park Capital (“Brighton Park” or “BPC”), an investment firm focused on entrepreneur-led, growth-stage companies in software and healthcare, today announced that Connie Heil has joined the firm as a Principal on its Healthcare team.

Ms. Heil brings over a decade of experience investing in healthcare and a strong track record of partnering with founders and management teams to build differentiated, high-growth businesses across the healthcare and life sciences technology landscape. She joins BPC from Arsenal Capital Partners, where she was responsible for sourcing, executing and managing investments in healthcare technology and tech-enabled services. While at Arsenal, Ms. Heil played a key role in multiple investments across revenue cycle management, imaging technology, life sciences data management and pharma technology subsectors and provided oversight for a significant portion of the healthcare portfolio.

“We are delighted to welcome Connie to the Brighton Park team,” said Mark F. Dzialga, Managing Partner at Brighton Park Capital. “She brings deep sector expertise and a broad investment background across the capital structure, with a strong history of building and scaling distinctive, high-growth healthcare companies. Connie's collaborative approach is a natural fit with our culture and strategy, and we are confident she will help drive our continued growth as we expand our healthcare investing franchise.”

“I am thrilled to join Brighton Park Capital at such an exciting time for both the firm and the healthcare industry,” said Ms. Heil. “Healthcare investing has been my focus for nearly my entire career because it is profoundly personal and impactful. I’m passionate about working with visionary companies that meaningfully improve people’s lives while strengthening and modernizing the healthcare ecosystem. At BPC, I see exceptional opportunity to advance this mission alongside a team that shares my commitment to building lasting partnerships with entrepreneurs and accelerating innovation."

Prior to her role at Arsenal Capital Partners, Ms. Heil was a Principal at Centerbridge Partners, where she specialized in healthcare investments across the firm’s private equity and private credit strategies. She began her career as an investment banking Analyst in M&A and Restructuring advisory at Moelis & Company. Additionally, Ms. Heil is a member of the Women Business Leaders of the U.S. Health Care Industry Foundation. She holds an A.B. in Economics, cum laude, from Harvard College.

Ms. Heil’s appointment comes as BPC continues to expand its healthcare platform, following recent investments in Person Centred Software, the UK’s leading care management software provider, and HITRUST, a leader in healthcare information security and compliance.

This announcement follows continued momentum across Brighton Park’s investment team as the firm also promoted Logan Gregoire to Principal and Michael Everett to Vice President in January.
