Paul comes to Arch Painting from Tocci Construct where he served as Chief Financial Officer for the past six years and prior to that with Shawmut Design and Construction as Treasury Director. Paul brings over 30 years of construction financial management experience to Arch Painting, having worked with regional construction firms and large complex conglomerates. Over his career, he has been successful in establishing financial teams for organizations of various sizes, providing guidance on tax, banking, bonding, insurance and systems management aspects of business. His experience includes working with private owners, established boards of directors and C Level teams on strategic growth initiatives and complex business reorganizations.
