Blue Point-Backed Pinnacle MEP Amps Up Portfolio with Hammans Electric Add-On

Strategic move marks fifth Indianapolis-based add-on and deepens market reach

Blue Point Capital Partners and its portfolio company, Pinnacle MEP, announced today the strategic acquisition of Hammans Electric, Inc., a licensed electrical contractor with more than 30 years of experience in commercial and industrial services throughout the Indianapolis area.

This is the second transaction for the Pinnacle platform in partnership with Blue Point since the firm’s initial investment last year, and the fifth Indianapolis-based add-on overall, bringing the total number of investments to 17 across the greater Midwest.

Founded in Indianapolis, Hammans Electric is recognized for its team of certified master electricians and long-standing commitment to quality, safety and customer satisfaction.
