Aussie hits 2009 high on central banker remarks

The Australian dollar soars against its U.S. counterpart Tuesday, after Reserve Bank of Australia Gov. Glenn Stevens says the nation’s economy may rebound faster than the country's central bank had predicted six months ago on improving consumer and business confidence.
