Inner Development Goals Framework, Self-Compassion & Mental Health Page Launch

29K recently launched its newest landing page for inner development goals (IDGs). The landing page provides users with a practical and realistic framework they can use to hone their skills and become more confident within themselves.

Stockholm, Sweden - May 23, 2023

The new landing page first asks users to select the inner development skills they wish to practice further. These can range from having a better relationship with one’s self to developing better critical thinking. From there, the page shows the most relevant content based on the user’s selection. This personalized framework allows individuals to view only the content they want to see.

29K says that its new landing page for inner development goals is intended for people who want to develop better communication and perspective skills. The mental health nonprofit discusses the importance of taking the time for self-development. It explains that modern society is often focused on external validation and it forgets the need for inner development.

Still, inner development allows people to build an openness and learning mindset that they can use in their everyday lives, whether personally or professionally. People must practice these skills regularly so that they can cultivate more optimism and creativity in their work.

The new landing page also includes the option to enroll in different IDG classes. These classes, which range from self-compassion to purposeful leadership, can be taken on their own or with a group. 29K recommends sharing the learnings with a group to improve comprehension.

One of the more popular IDG courses is “Acting with Purpose”. The class provides users with three tools to create a healthier and more proactive relationship with many global and societal challenges. Students of this course learn how to make a positive impact on the world through individual action. Some of the challenges discussed are loneliness, political crises, and polarization.

29K is an open-sourced, co-created nonprofit that provides psychological tools for mental health and civic leadership at no cost. It is on a mission to help change the lives of millions of people worldwide through accessible and meaningful education, offering a number of evidence-based psychological tools.

29K can be downloaded on the App Store or Google Play.
