Blinken responds to Zelenskyy’s plea: No sanctions until ‘bombs are actually dropping'

Secretary of State Antony Blinken said on CNN Sunday that the U.S. will continue to take a diplomatic approach with Russia until "the bombs are actually dropping" in Ukraine.
