Psaki claims US doesn't negotiate with terrorists despite Biden admin depending on Taliban for evacuation

White House press secretary Jen Psaki said Wednesday that U.S. policy is still not to negotiate with terrorists, despite apparently relying heavily on the statements and promises by Taliban leaders since their takeover of Afghanistan last week.
