The newly released Enerdrive Canopy Wiring Packages compliment the Norweld aluminium Ute canopies by providing the capability of powering devices and utilities.
Standard Utes are 2-door vehicles with an open flatbed area toward the rear. Installation of a canopy converts a portion of this space into a covered area having customisable vertical storage. The aluminium structure protects its contents from the elements while being light-weight. Installation of an uncovered tray further extends usable space.
The Norweld Enerdrive Weekender Wiring Package is an entry-level package suitable for business use, recreational use, and occasional touring. Enerdrive Weekender Wiring includes an Enerdrive 40ah DC2DC Charger, 100ah Enerdrive E-Lite Lithium Battery with Push Button Reset, and an aluminium Multi Fit Battery Tray.
Each package enables users to harness supplied power from inside and outside the canopy to power devices via two USB Sockets, two 12v Sockets, one Engel Socket and one internal Anderson Plug Outlet usable with refrigerators, located on the interior front canopy wall.
Canopy externals are furnished with an Anderson Plug Outlet and a Solar Panel Input for use with unregulated solar panels. The solar panel is not included in the package. Wiring Packages have a minimum weight of 25.5 kgs.
Korr Lighting Tri Colour Dimmable Door Lights are installed for nighttime and low-light conditions. Restoring depleted power is made possible with a connection to the vehicle cranking battery for charging off the alternator.
