New funding made available for artists of color from Greater Pittsburgh Arts Council

An artist of any discipline is eligible to request up to $500 in financial assistance so long as they live in Allegheny, Beaver, Butler, Fayette, Greene, Indiana, Lawrence, Washington, or Westmoreland counties.
