NoFire Technologies, Inc. (OTC:NFTI) and Woodtone Building Products of British Columbia, Canada, have agreed to a 2 year supply and purchase agreement, with options for an additional 3 years, for the exterior wood trim market in North America. Woodtone Building Products, manufacturers of RealTrim™ and one of the largest manufacturers of exterior wood products in North America, has agreed to purchase a minimum of One Half Million Dollars NoFire Paint, in return for exclusivity in the solid sawn wood product market, upon receiving a Class A flame spread rating.
