Highmark, other Blue Cross Blue Shields partner with nonprofit Civica Rx

The new subsidiary announced Thursday, by Civica Rx and the insurers, will acquire abbreviated new drug applications for generic drugs that they feel aren't as inexpensive or easy for providers to procure.
