Cannabis stocks fall as Senate hearing kicks off, Stifel is bullish on Canopy and Cronos

Cannabis stocks were mostly lower on Tuesday, as speakers addressed a Senate hearing on cannabis and banking that industry insiders are hoping will lead to reforms of current federal laws.
