Alatus begins marketing its Alia condo tower near downtown Minneapolis

For-real construction hasn't yet started on Alatus' 40-story condominium tower across the Mississippi from downtown Minneapolis, but the developer this week kicked off the buzz-building portion of the project with a preview of the tower's design.
