During spring and summer, prospective home buyers who have decided to build are hard-pressed to find an available home builder or contractor. Most builders are booked well in advance in anticipation for the ideal home building weather. John wants to advise buyers who have recently decided to build, that they should seek out builders now, while they are still very much available.

John Moulton and his family started their home building business over 40 years ago. After building his own home, he was eager to give residents of Maine and New England the same rewarding experience of owning a home they've designed themselves.
