TD Ameritrade Network Launches New Live Investor Education Programming

TD Ameritrade Network, a financial news and education broadcast channel, announced today the launch of two new daily programs, “Fast Market” and “Virtual Trade”, designed to provide market insight and trading education to viewers across varying proficiency levels.

TD Ameritrade Media Productions Company launched the TD Ameritrade Network in October 2017, with eight hours of original programming airing Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET. The Network features experienced journalists and financial professionals who deliver and interpret financial news to help viewers understand what’s happening in the markets and apply the knowledge to their own investing strategies.

“Fast Market”, a 60-minute education program airing daily from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM ET, is tailored toward intermediate to advanced traders. The show breaks down market activity and discusses dynamic futures and options trades. Technical market specialists, education coaches from TD Ameritrade, and special guests give their take on current market events and potential trading strategies.

For viewers who are relatively new to investing, “Virtual Trade” is a 30-minute show airing daily from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM ET. The show uses 3-D visuals to explain fundamental trading principles and investing concepts by breaking them down into simpler terms. Viewers can follow along with the show’s host, Scott Connor, as he presents his co-host, Jenny Horne, with ideas for a first-time trader to consider and teaches her ways to pursue her investment goals. The show empowers viewers with knowledge and trading platform immersion to become more confident, informed investors.
