DirectEmployers Association Wins Bronze in the 2025 Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service

Nonprofit HR trade association recognized as Customer Service Department of the Year for the third year running

DirectEmployers Association, long known in the industry for its OFCCP compliance solutions pertaining to federal contractor VEVRAA and Section 503 requirements, was named the winner of a Bronze Stevie® Award in the Customer Service Department of the Year category in the 19th Annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service.

This honor goes to the Association’s Member Engagement team who exemplifies customer service excellence in an era where high-touch, human-centered support is rare. Through the entire lifecycle of their membership, this lean team of seven is each Member’s main point of contact and connection for training and general assistance, as well as guidance on their in-depth reporting and engaging outreach management tools. From onboarding and customized educational training to personalized product suggestions and making connections with Sales Engineering for special technology needs, this team is proud to consistently achieve a high customer satisfaction score of 4.69 out of 5, and an engagement score of 78%–over double the national average of 36%.

This is the third consecutive year that DirectEmployers has been recognized with this honor, a true testament of their continued dedication to the Association’s 1,100+ Members, spanning across various industries in the Fortune 2000 space. This year’s award program saw more than 2,100 nominations across 45 nations and territories.
