When Cervilio “Cervi” Miguel Amador was a boy growing up in Cuba, he never imagined he would become a principal dancer for Cincinnati Ballet for 16 years. Nor could he have guessed he would be appointed the company’s rehearsal director, and then rise to its top artistic role.
