Evelyn Logan launches Kickstarter Campaign for Her Debut Children’s Book

Now Seeking Community Support via Kickstarter, On the Streets of Ondo is an Entertaining & Educational Children’s Book by Nigerian-American Author!

Evelyn Logan is an emerging Nigerian American author and a storyteller with a rich experience in many fields ranging from education to entrepreneurship. She lives in Maryland with her husband and three children, and she is currently pursuing her PhD in Public Health Policy. On the Streets of Ondo is her debut children’s book and it is all about diversity and what it represents. To introduce this inspiring children’s book project to the world, Evelyn has recently launched a crowdfunding campaign on Kickstarter, and she is welcoming generous community support and backing.

“On the Streets of Ondo is an entertaining picture book about friendship, bravery, traditions and multigenerational relationships.” Said Evelyn Logan, while introducing this project to the Kickstarter community. This book celebrates diversity. “This story celebrates diverse books and the importance of this book on our bookshelves by highlighting multi-generational relationships in Ondo, Nigeria. The 36-page full color book is written for children of ages 4-10 and it is available in both hard and soft covers. Furthermore, the book also includes a glossary of Yoruba words used throughout the story.
