Capital Region distilleries made sanitizer during the pandemic. Now the FDA is charging them $14,060

Distilleries that made sanitizer are being designated as “over-the-counter monograph drug facilities” in accordance with CARES Act legislation. The FDA released the schedule of charges earlier this week.
