Steven Polak was born and raised in York region. He completed his undergraduate at the University of Western Ontario followed by his Bachelor of Laws at Osgoode Hall Law School (2001). Then, he was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 2002. Since then, he has spent most of his life in the courtroom, representing people in their personal injury disputes.
