-- Harwoods Volvo Crawley has announced an exclusive preview event for the all-electric Volvo EX60, giving local drivers a first look at the manufacturer’s latest flagship EV before it officially arrives on UK roads. The three-day launch event will take place at the Gatwick Road showroom from Friday 21 August to Sunday 23 August.
Recently named the UK’s most exciting upcoming new car at the What Car? Awards, the Volvo EX60 combines Scandinavian design, everyday practicality, and advanced electric performance. The EX60 P12 AWD model delivers a driving range of up to 503 miles on a single charge—the longest of any Volvo model to date. Equipped with advanced 800-volt fast-charging capability, the vehicle can add up to 211 miles of range in just 10 minutes or recharge its battery from 10% to 80% in as little as 18 minutes.
During the event, attendees can book a personalized Volvo EX60 Test Drive accompanied by a Volvo specialist. The tailored sessions will allow prospective buyers to explore the vehicle’s key technological features, including a 15-inch landscape display, 360-degree camera system, intelligent driver-assistance technology, and integrated Google Gemini AI. Visitors can also experience the premium cabin, which features a dashboard-mounted speaker system, four bespoke interior themes, and sustainable materials crafted from renewable and recycled sources.
