Enact Announces an Increase to Quarterly Dividend

RALEIGH, N.C., May 01, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Enact Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: ACT) (Enact), a leading provider of private mortgage insurance through its insurance subsidiaries, today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.16 per common share, an increase of over 14% from the prior quarter’s dividend. This quarter’s dividend will be payable on June 14, 2023 to shareholders of record on May 31, 2023. All future dividends are subject to Board approval.
