Hamon is a well-established and highly respected provider, and its addition strengthens Wheelhouse’s ability to deliver high-quality service across the Central Coast of California. Wheelhouse has welcomed Ron Avidan as Chief Executive Officer. Ron brings extensive leadership experience and a proven track record of scaling service businesses. He will lead the platform through its next phase with a focus on performance, people, and long-term growth. As a retired Major from the Israel Defense Forces (IDF), Ron began his U.S. career as an entrepreneur in construction before transitioning to private equity-backed leadership roles. Prior to joining Wheelhouse, Ron served as a Senior Operating Partner at an upper-middle-market private firm, where he focused on value creation and operational improvement.
