The Riverside County Sheriff’s Office in California has selected new public safety software solutions following a rigorous, multi-phase evaluation with the help of National Public Safety Group (NPSG), a nationally recognized leader in public safety software consulting. Serving more than 2.4 million residents across 7,200 square miles and 15 contract cities, Riverside County Sheriff’s Office required a modern, next generation platform capable of supporting 24/7 emergency response, communications, records and detention operations at significant scale. Following a comprehensive evaluation, the agency selected Octave OnCall Dispatch computer aided dispatch (CAD), Octave OnCall Records records management system (RMS) and Tyler Technologies Enterprise Corrections jail management system (JMS).
