Widely known for expertise with Low-Income Housing Tax Credit projects nationwide, FTK is also growing their Multifamily Division, handling renovation and insurance related projects. In business over 20 years and with completed or in-process projects in 36 states to date, FTK has also made recent significant investments in new technology to enhance project management accuracy and timelines.

As part of the renewed focus on Multifamily Market Rate projects, Randy Rivers has been promoted to Vice President, Sales & Marketing to oversee this expansion. Rivers started with FTK in July 2024 as a National Account Manager, bringing substantial sales experience in the multifamily industry.

Kim Goodman, with FTK since 2018, will serve as Vice President, Business Development, Affordable Housing Division. Goodman is also the President of Texas Women’s Affordable Housing Network (TX WAHN) and has 25+ years of industry experience.

While Dallas-area based FTK has always operated as a nationwide General Contractor, most recently projects in Ohio, Iowa and Alaska have been added to their geographic reach.
