Veteran claims executive brings more than 20 years of experience leading TPA operations and driving claims innovation

Alice Wells joins NARS as the Head of Workers' Compensation claims.

In her new role, she will lead the strategic direction and operational performance of the company’s Workers’ Compensation division, managing a highly experienced team of managers and claims professionals while continuing to enhance claim outcomes for clients nationwide.

Wells joins NARS with more than two decades of experience in claims management and third-party administration (TPA) operations. She most recently served in senior executive leadership roles overseeing workers’ compensation and property & casualty claims operations, where she was responsible for driving operational performance, client service delivery, and strategic growth initiatives.

Wells spent the majority of her career with Johns Eastern Company, Inc., where she began as a Senior Adjuster and advanced through progressively senior leadership roles, including Claims Supervisor, Claims Manager, Director of TPA Operations, and Executive Director of TPA Operations. In these roles, she led large-scale claims organizations supporting both public and private self-insured entities and national insurance carriers, while overseeing the operational performance of workers’ compensation and P&C programs.
