The Lima facility, encompassing 115,000 square feet of manufacturing space, significantly enhances Kreate’s domestic production capabilities. Built with substantial heavy industrial infrastructure, including overhead cranes, material silos, high-capacity water systems, and heavy power, the plant is designed to support large-scale operations and rapid expansion.
“This acquisition aligns perfectly with our vision to strengthen U.S.-based manufacturing, improve speed-to-market, and diversify our product portfolio,” said Reinhart, Founder and Owner of Kreate. “With our vision to keep growing in our backyard, the PTC facility is not just a building—it’s a strategic engine, giving us the space, infrastructure, and skilled workforce to deliver world-class products faster and more sustainably.”
Through this acquisition, Kreate has gained new customers, diversified revenue streams, and secured exclusive rights to proprietary products. The facility’s robust infrastructure also provides the capability to add up to 24 all-new high-speed production lines under one roof—allowing Kreate to scale quickly while keeping manufacturing local.
The newly acquired Lima plant will produce a range of hardware products, including organizers, toolboxes, sawhorses, workstations, and more. In addition to expanding product categories, the facility will support Kreate’s continued investment in automation, AI-driven process optimization, and sustainable manufacturing practices, including the use of recycled resins and closed-loop material recovery systems.
“With the addition of PTC, we’re not just adding capacity—we’re accelerating the next chapter of Kreate’s growth,” said Joe Klein, CEO of Kreate. “This facility represents the perfect blend of infrastructure and talent that will allow us to innovate faster, scale smarter, and deliver more value to our customers and retail partners. It’s an exciting milestone that positions us to set new standards for American-made plastics manufacturing.”
With this acquisition, Kreate now operates over 2.1 million square feet of manufacturing, distribution, and engineering space across the United States, solidifying its position as one of the fastest growing and most innovative companies in the plastics industry.
