NIRI New York Chapter Elects New Board Leadership for 2025-2026 Season

The New York chapter of the National Investor Relations Institute (“NIRI NY”) having completed its proxy vote on June 30, 2025, today announces its newly elected directors and officers for the 2025–2026 term.

NIRI NY welcomed three newly elected members to the board of directors (the “board”): Ailsa Wells, Senior Manager, Sales, Irwin, a FactSet company; Naya Bermudez, Director, Investor Relations, Five Below, Inc., and Jon Bozzuto, Head of Investor Relations, Performant Healthcare. They will join 10 returning directors in providing a vision and setting the agenda for NIRI NY. The chapter members elected Nichole Saland, Director, Operations, Wolfe Research, as its incoming President for the 2025-2026 season.

The volunteer Board of NIRI NY is responsible for developing compelling programs, securing and cultivating sponsorships, expanding its membership, and managing resources to host exceptional professional and social networking events.
