CTM Asset Management Prices $408 Million Collateralized Loan Obligation

CTM Asset Management LLC (“CTM”), a CLO manager formed and sponsored by Chatham Asset Management in 2024, today announced that it has closed a $408 million Collateralized Loan Obligation (CLO) transaction, CTM CLO 2025-2, which is the second transaction managed by the firm.

CTM CLO 2025-2 is backed by a diversified portfolio of primarily senior secured, broadly syndicated loans. The transaction brings CTM’s total CLO assets under management to approximately $800 million.

“We are very pleased with the market reception to the CTM platform and the execution on CTM CLO 2025-2,” said CTM Chief Investment Officer and Group Head Tom Flannery. “We continue to successfully carry out our growth strategy for the platform.”

The team is led by industry veterans Tom Flannery, Matt Sosland, and Andrew Chatham.

The transaction was arranged by Jefferies.
