Federman & Sherwood investigates Express Services, Inc. (“Express”) for data breach. On September 13, 2024, Express filed a notice of data breach with the Attorney General’s Office of Texas. Around June 21, 2024, Express discovered unauthorized access to their IT network and immediately launched an investigation. Express discovered that between May 7, 2024, and June 20, 2024, an unauthorized third party accessed two email accounts and also copied data from their network which included certain individuals personal and sensitive information.
