1. Use effective mold repair to improve the flatness of the product
Mold repair is the most commonly used solution for poor flatness of extruded material at home and abroad, the advantage of this method is that the scope of application is wide, basically all extruded materials can adopt this treatment method, its disadvantage is that it is necessary to terminate production, and the mold is processed after the machine tries the mold again, which is time-consuming, laborious, and is not conducive to energy saving and consumption reduction. The poor plane clearance of the plate is mainly related to the uneven flow rate of the mold, and the metal flow rate is effectively adjusted by changing the size or angle of the diversion pit, or changing the length of the working belt, so that the flow rate is uniform and the defect of poor plane clearance is eliminated. This kind of plate is generally used in the early stage of production, some mold repair can solve the flatness problem once, and some molds need three or more times to completely solve the flatness problem, which is not only related to the mold itself, but also has a great relationship with the technical level of the mold repair workers.
2. Use off-line finishing to correct the flatness of the product
Firstly, according to the characteristics of the specific flatness of the plate, the roller of the offline finishing machine is reasonably configured, and then a product with flatness is used to fix the roller, and the height and position of the roller are continuously adjusted, and the height and position of the roller are fixed after the flatness of the product is qualified, and then the batch of products is finished offline. Offline finishing is generally time-consuming and laborious, and it is also easy to have a certain impact on the appearance of the product. Fig. 3 is an example of the off-line finishing of the plate. The flatness of the plate is convex and concave, and the flatness is out of tolerance, and the matching roller as shown in the figure is adopted, and the middle and edge of the product will be subjected to a certain pressure of the roller in the process of passing through the roller, so as to play the role of correcting the plane gap for the product.
3. Use online finishing to correct the flatness of the product
Considering that the order quantity is relatively large, if the use of offline finishing, will greatly reduce the production efficiency and waste a lot of manpower, through a certain period of discussion and exploration and combined with the principle of offline finishing, put forward the concept of online finishing, and decided to make a small equipment for online finishing, if successful, will not affect the production efficiency will also save a lot of manpower. Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of the online finishing equipment designed for the plate, it is based on the principle of offline finishing, on the basis of the original extruder outlet correction device, the bearing seat and the roller are installed, and the pressure on the product is changed by adjusting the height and position of the roller, so that the product is deformed to a certain extent, so that the flatness of the product is controlled within a reasonable range, so as to achieve the purpose of online finishing.
